can anyone tell me the best low calorie lager please

    Being a Drinker myself I've had to look into this and find the Tools at DRINKAWARE site very useful: http://www.drinkaware.co.uk/
    Many commonly available drinks are listed in the Alcohol Unit Calculator & the results show Units per measure with equivalent Calorie content.. Unfortunately I'm finding it's the booze that is adding the most to my Daily Calorie Intake!:drinker:
