juicing calories

i bought a juicer today and was just wondering the best way to log juice calories?

    I drink "mean green" juice and it is in MFPs database, 10 ounces is 88 calories

    Count the veggies that go in as they come in their pure form. Thats the best way to do it. Best to over-estimate than under-estimate.

    You can actually enter "beet juice" or "kale juice" and estimates will pop up. Just estimate how much you're putting in. I always end up overestimating.
