I've posted this type of message in a number of threads but I thought it warrented a post of its own. If your dining hall isn't providing healthy alternatives at all meals or you just want something different, do something about it! Most college dining companies have an advisory board that looks at what students want, get on it. If your school doesn't have one, look into getting one set up. 30+ years ago (yes, I am old  ), I got my college dining hall to start serving salads at lunch and dinner and fruit salad and yogurt at breakfast. That was a big deal! I got a few friends together and we went to talk to the Dean of Students and then the Management of the Dining Hall. We created an Advisory Board and they made changes. You aren't the only one on your campus that would be interested in healthy eating. Be an advocate for yourself!
