Cardio alternatives anyone?

After a great kickboxing/boxing session at my friends house last night, we went upstairs and did kinect (spell?) from XBox, they had me do track and field, which was running, jumping, hurdles etc. I was sweating and my heartrate was up and it was fun, we were laughing, and an hour later, I had gotten another workout in without even realizing it. Sometimes, just doing something fun too can give you that cardio too.
