Getting rid of that last bit of fat!

Alright so I bet the problem a lot of us have as we're nearing our weight loss end is that we plateau, but still have those areas that we wish would be a little more toned. (In my case, stomach and thighs) I go to the gym three times a week (two for dance classes, one for the equipment) and still diet, though! So I'm asking for advice from the experts: you guys! Any tips?
