Hit My Goal Weight!

What took me about 13 years to put on, took me since September to take off. I've been up and down several times since then, but this time I'm committed to having it gone for good!

I'm so glad that I finally took back the reigns and got control of my weight. After several months, I have dropped 51 pounds. 215 to 164. Who knows what BF% to 15.5%

Clothes fit, new skinny clothes purchased. Running again, and fast at that.

Now its time to seriously work on maintaining my current weight and getting more muscle definition.

MFP works! I seriously feel like a new person.
