Intro to my life....

Hi. I'm finally at the point of saying.. I need help. I think I should have realized something a year ago, or two years ago, but I didn't. Starting a new year I realized I can't keep doing this to myself. I'm at my heaviest that I have ever been in my entire life. I always go up and down in weight because I always do it the wrong way. I'm trying this time to do it the right way. I'd love any pointers anyone has to give me. I haven't always been logging in and putting what I eat but I keep track of them during the day, probably not as well as mfp can do though.
I'm 31 years old, and I want to have a baby. Thats my purpose of losing weight to begin with. I want to be at a healthy weight so the pregnacy does not strain myself or the baby. So I'm looking at losing 35+ pounds. I'm obviously doing something wrong though. I've lost 4 pounds and then I gained them back. I stopped eating little debbie's (even though she was my best friend) and I've started to do Tony Horton p90. I've done the Biggest Loser walk, its just were you walk in place and then some days lift weights but I didnt feel out of breath or tired after doing it, so I quit. I only do Tony Horton everyday for the past 2 weeks.. and I've not lost one pound.
As well as trying to lose weight to have a baby, I have high blood pressure and heart disease is known in my family's background, so yeah I'm a little scared over that too. I don't want to die anytime soon but I'm slowly killing myself.
I gave up regular soda, I do however still drink a coke zero at lunch, or a diet mt dew. Sometimes I have one at work (which I have an office job so I don't get much exercise at all during the day) and then when I have lunch I'll have another one. I do eat out at mcdonalds, arby's and wendy's but instead of getting a big mac, I'll get a grilled chicken sandwich. These are probably all the things that I'm doing wrong. I need major help/advice.
I'm tired of being fat. I'm so tired of my clothes not fitting. I'm past tired, I'm at the point of disgusted and if the pounds don't start coming off, I know I'm going to get discouraged. I want to be healthy.
I've thought of doing weight watchers, but a few friends said that mfp is close to what weigh watchers would be, that I don't know for a fact.
I've also started taking a daily multivitamin, right now I can't tell that it's doing anything for me.
I've probably left something out, but this is the beginning of my journey..
Thanks for listening.
