Hey MFP friends, I'm trying to decide on a strength program to start building my lady-muscles. What do you recommend, Starting Strength, New Rules of Lifting for Women, something else...? I'm not on a caloric deficit (I'm basically at goal weight) and am not new to fitness, but am fairly new to heavy weights, fewer reps. Recommendations -- go! :flowerforyou:

I vote for NROL4W, but there are a lot of good programs out there. You can check out 5x5 Strong Lifts0

I've used NROL4W and I loved it. So I definitely recommend it. I haven't heard of Starting Strength so I suggest previewing it at a bookstore. I"m sure its just as good.
Congrats on making the decision to lift heavy0 -
NROL4W is fantastic! I would definitely start there. Also check out NROL and NROL for Abs. :-) Great programs. I am doing NROL4A right now. Love it.0
