Looking for some great, motivating songs to add to my workout playlist. What are you listening to lately while you work out?

almost anything by paramore. they have up beat songs so you can work out to the beat :)
  • I used to listen to a lot of metal when I was lifting but I changed workouts and this one is shorter so I just listen to whatever the gym is playing. This morning it was 80's hair bands which was just fine.

I listen to comedy podcasts when I do cardio. It's easier to forget that I hate cardio if I'm smiling the whole time.

The new Footloose soundtrack is great!
    Adele's MADDER songs are AWESOME.
I literally visit iTunes and pick songs from the Top 40 singles that I hear on the radio when the kids are in the car with me. They typically love the fun, fast songs that have a good steady beat.
