So I measured myself last night. After a month of changing my diet, cutting out gluten completely, working out no less than three times a week and doing a cleanse, I have lost a whopping .5 inches total body. I’ve actually gained inches in places!!! And my weight has increased! Colour me frustrated! I've been so upset that NOTHING is happening that I've even dropped off of MFP for a couple of weeks because i think "what's the point?". What is the point of denying yourself the things that you love and pushing yourself hard at a gym when you're body refuses to improve?! I have a pool party in six months. I HAVE to look good for this thing. Now I feel like it's impossible. It's hard enough to stay motivated without the added frustration of no results.
