For all the haters of bariatric surgery standing on your pedestals.....Spare yourself from reading any farther!......Thank you!
I am hoping to find a few post bariatric people that did or are still having issues!
I started out at 252 lbs and stood 4'11". As of today I am 118.6 lbs and I am 5'1".......How I gained 2 inches I am not sure but thats not a real big issue for me.
How did you know when to stop losing weight? I always thought my body would naturally just stop. But the past few weeks it has seemed to jump start again.
I am limited to what foods I can eat. Somedays I do fine with things somedays nothing settles well.
The past 17 months I have been training as what I call living for the rest of my life. Trying to eat healthy watch portion control, and exercise!!!!!
I am so confused as to what to do next, I am fearful I will gain weight back if I don't do what I have trained myself to do the past 17 months, but at the same time, I am begining to feel fatigued, weak, and moody.
I am addcited to exercise, its a stress reliever for me, due to some tragic events that have taken place in my family.
Some of my MFP friends are going to get a little upsett by reading this next statement. If I think I have ate to much or binged on something ( i purge) But on the same note sometimes I have no choice because foods can make me sick and uncomfortable.
One of my docs said I have body dysmporphic disorder, has anyone else been through this?
I am also suffering from Post tramatic shock.
So to sum it all up, I am a hot mess! Hoping to find others that have went through or had similiar issues!
Thanks for your time!

Did you watch "My 600 LB. Life" on TLC last night? The woman in the story seemed to have similar issues post-surgery. And it was a VERY good show.0
