weight loss with old gastric bypass

HI my name is Kris and I need some suggestions on weight loss with a gastric bypass that one of my staples has pulled loose and my ins will not let me fix it because I don't have as many comorbities as before I weigh 220 now so I would like to get down to 175 or 150 Ive been that small before but have gained back this weight by junk food eating because it goes down easier than meats and pastas and just. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks
