Protein shake before sleep

Hello guys.

How is everything?

I have a question regarding protein shakes. I work out 3-4 times a week and always have a shake with me at the gym so I can give me body protein to repair muscle right after weight lifting. I've recetly read that some people have a shake before going to bed as well. Is that a good idea? Is it only good for work out days? or the off days as well?
