Just saying hi!

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I am new to this site, have been using MFP for 1 week and actually ended up gaining weight. What gives? I have been working with a personal trainer for about 8 months and have only lost 4 lbs... I have lost inches and body fat % though and increased my lean muscle mass, which makes my PT happy, but I would really love to lose weight!!! I have a very stressful job and a stressful life and feel like this is maybe why I'm having such a hard time. I am also trying to get pregnant and have not had much success with that. Hence the stress. I would love to make friends who can help keep me motivated and keep my eyes on my goal. I'll try to do the same! :tongue:
