Hey all, my name is D.J. and I live in marrero louisiana. I have managed over the years to take my weight from 185 to 260. I am 44 years old and 5'7" so needless to say that is way too much. I have 2 beautiful daughters and I want to be around to walk them down the aisle and play with my grand kids one day. I am going to do this. Its not a want to thing anymore, Its a got to thing now. Looking forward to throwing out a bunch of BIG pants and shirts. Wish me luck guys. Im on my way.

    I coach my lil girls softball team, she plays soccer too, but I don't know enough about soccer to coach. This is her second year playing soccer.
