Anyone else suffer from Rice Crispy syndrome

of the joints? SNAP CRACKLE and POP I'm not having any pain and prefer it stay that way. I've been doing Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk but want to start doing a little strenght training. Any suggestions for dvd workouts that won't kill my joints. I know that It will get easier on my joints as the weight comes off but I would like a little variety. Thanks :smile:

    Yes, I know what you mean. I highly recommend trying out water aerobics. It is wonderfully soothing.
