30 day shred--are you allowed to skip a day?

Hey all,
I'm on day 2 of the 30DS, and i was wondering if the workout is still effective if u skip one day per week and only do it 6 days per week.
Thoughts?

    Absolutely - you should skip at least one day! When I did it I only worked out maybe 4 days per week, depending on my schedule. And people have said that Jillian has since posted somewhere that it wasn't intended to be done 7 days a week, or even 6 I believe.

    Listen to your body, too - it's a brutal workout, especially when you first start. Your muscles need time to heal. I had to take 3 days off after my first time through - I could barely walk! LOL
