You can use it as a pie filling as well. I used to do that a loooong time ago. Haven't found a low cal pie crust recipe yet, but it would make a great pie, put a little extra cool whip on top

I just used Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding & Fat Free Cool Whip. It's thin but very tasty. I put it on top of a Spice 3,2,1 cake.... YAY for dessert!!!0
