Dog Missing in Bath, UK, Help!!

Hi guys, this is really off topic but if you live in Bath, I need your attention.
Neighbours' dog went missing at 4:30 today, it's -3degrees so I'm really worried about her!
She went missing around Odd Down but could be ANYWHERE!
She's a Chocolate Lab looking dog, not sure of her breed, she's about the size of a female Lab.
She may or may not have a collar & lead attached, she's extremely friendly & answers to the name Ruby, please if you see her could you take her in & then contact me & I'll tell my neighbours?
