I just came from there and had several great finds!
They have a spanakopita that is pre-portioned into triangles so it is easy to measure. I live alone and it works great for me because I can cook only what I will eat tonight and save the rest for another night. I also got some taziki sauce to put on top and in the same section as the taziki I found a great Mediterranean bean salad. It was a very yummy meal and filled me up. All foods with recognizable ingredients and low processed.
I doubled the portions because I was a hungry girl and the meal was still under 475 calories and loaded protien and vitamins.
I am also a sucker for goat cheese and found some small portioned servings similar to the Happy Cow cheese.
Sea snacks are my other must have. Seaweed dried with a touch of olive oil and salt. I do a lot of travel for work and I keep these things handy to much on instead of chips while driving in the car.
I am vegetarian and was looking for some fake sausage and scored some that is low fat and low cal and recognizable ingredients.
Good luck and have fun shopping!0 -

I regularly buy the spicy black bean dip... wonderful... the flax chips, kettle corn, and organic french roast coffee are deelish. They have awesome prices on olive oil, vitamins, organic bananas, wild salmon, avocados, frozen blueberries, and coconut oil. I didn't like their almond butter though... doesn't hold a candle to the Maranatha brand.
Steer clear of the pralines and the chocolate toffee popcorn. Major diet wreckers and highly addictive.0
