So, I have heard nothing but great things about adopting a Primal/Paleo kind of lifestyle.
I would like to give it a try because I need something to kick start my weight-loss & feel healthy again.
I am working out at least 5days a week for 45minutes to an hour each time & trying to eat right, but the scale is just not budging.
I still have over 70 more lbs to loose, so a plateau right now is just NOT an option!

Can anyone who already has adopted this Primal/Paleo lifestyle help me fully understand this way of eating & exercising?
My book is coming on Saturday

Love to but it'd take a whole book and you'll probably have yours before I could write mine.
Which book are you getting? I love the Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson!
  • I bought this one. Primal Body, Primal Mind: Beyond the Paleo Diet for Total Health and a Longer Life.
I wanted to understand the way of life first. If that makes any sense?
I am just looking for suggestions on how to get started, I think?

There are a couple good Primal/Paleo groups here on MFP. You may want to search for those and read through some of the posts!
  • Ok, Thanks!
