Trying to get jumpstarted again

OK, let's try this again... Currently at 245 lbs, wanting to get down to at least 200, and down from my original 260. Made it to 218 a couple years ago, but then backslid quite a bit. Now, though, I have two of the conditions that helped me in the past - I'm living with someone who also wants to lose weight, and I'm living in an apartment complex with an onsite fitness center.

Hopefully I can use that to make some steady progress toward my goal.
