Exercise Calories - the other side of the coin

Options
Ok - I eat my exercise calories. I like them
What do I do on my "rest" day as far as calories? The least amount I earn from exercise is about 200 calories. Those calories really make the difference between having enough to eat and feeling hungry.
Do I just eat as though I "earned" those calories on that one rest day a week, or do I use that rest day to shock my metabolism?
What do you think?

    Try a combo....

On the days that you exercise, eat some/most but not all of your calories and instead bank a few for the days when you don't exercise.

This way, your net calories for the week are still within guidelines but your are getting the benefit of a "shock" to your metabolism.

    Just a thought.
