King-Prince-Pauper

I wish I could remember where I saw the sign the first time- "Eat like a King at breakfast, a Prince at lunch, and a Pauper at dinner." I'm testing this out right now and am liking it.

Breakfast is usually a bowl of packet of oatmeal and a granola bar. Lunch, I like ramen when I'm at work, leftovers when I'm at home. Dinner is a protein shake. Of course there is also a snack or two thrown in, depending on how hungry I am.

Has anyone else tried this? I was finding I was eating way too heavy at night and needed the change up.
