At the end of December I made a list of fitness goals for myself. One of them was to do the Stair Mill for 20 minutes at Level 4 without stopping (I know it's not much). Today, I completed 20 minutes on Level 5 and I probably could have gone a bit longer! When I started I barely could do 2 minutes.
