Stairway to Heath!

I don't have time to go to the gym, so during my lunch break I climb the stairwells in my building. Our building has 60 floors and I am happy to say after the 3rd try I finally made it to the 60th floor!!! It was exactly as I imagined it...floor to ceiling windows with a view of downtown.
I calculated my weight (149lbs) by the amount of time (35 minutes) it took to climb up the stairs and I burned a whopping 354 calories!! that's awesome!! You can do this any place there is access to stairs. Below are tools you can use to calculate the calories you burn:
To calculate manually, I put the calculation below: Climb stairs = [5 * your weight (KG!!) * time (minutes)]/60
