Are these macro goals reasonable?

For some background info, I am 5'2ish and have a goal weight of 110. I started at 135 and lost 17 pounds within about 3-4 months. For the past month however, I have been stuck around 116-118. I am also a vegetarian.
MFP set my calorie goal to 1200, which I have a lot of trouble meeting without going way over in at least one of the macro goals set. The macro goals MFP gave me is the following:
Calorie: 1200
Carbs: 165
Fat: 40
Protein: 45
Sodium: 2,500
Sugar: 24
The problem I have been having is as I stated above. I can get to my calorie goal, but I go so far over at least one of my macros. I noticed I was way over in carbs everyday (favorite foods are pasta, rice, and potatoes =/ ) and was still not reaching my calorie goal. So over the past few days, I have been trying a more balanced diet, trying to cut the carbs and eat more protein. This however, puts me over my sodium and fat goals as I have to eat cheeses and nuts...
Are the macro goals set for me where they should be, and I am just not eating the correct combination of foods? I know how important it is to reach your calorie goal, but those red numbers when I go over the other goals are so discouraging.![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Also, journal is public if that helps.
