New Sneakers

I have started doing couch to 5k and I am in need of some new kicks! I currently am running in a pair of Asiscs, 43...somethings? Anyway, I've got kind of a wide and flat foot. Any suggestions???

Check out a running store if there is one reasonably close to you. Everyone has different needs when it comes to a good shoe, so what might work for one might be uncomfortable for another.

i dunno but the last specialty running shop my husband and i were in they had all sorts of crazy machines to tell you what shoe to wear. go to one of those places and let their robot minions decide for you!
