Mums skipping rope or jumping

I used to do loads of skipping rope back in the day, but now I find it very hard, since I had the baby, 20 jumps and I have to go off to the toilet. Then when I'm back no more than 5 and again that sensation that I'm going to wee myself. It's been 7 months since I gave birth, just wondering if I'm the only one with that issue (=perhaps I didn't do enough pelvic floor exercises, which I doubt), and if I'm not, does it get better with time, or should I completely give up the whole jumping thing forever? :(
