Hi there! I'm a 26 yr. old Male around 165 lbs. who's pretty athletic and just trying to gain Muscle mass weight! Looking for some friends with similar goals around the same age for support. I have no friends on here yet so send me a friend request and we can support each other! :-)

I'll be on that program in March, but I'm a bit older at 34. I started MFP due to losing weight while training for a marathon. Glad to see I'm not the only one using this to maintain or gain.0
