Speeding Up Loss?

Hi everyone!

So I have been having pretty good luck so far with my weight loss (15lbs in in three months). I have had my calories set to lose one pound a week and I haven't really been exercizing at all (this calorie counting thing rocks).

Today I picked my wedding gown out:

denia-lasposa

So as you can see, it's pretty form fitting. Now while I have a little over a year until the wedding, I need to order the dress in the next month (or two if I want to push it) because it has to be imported from Spain. That means I need to be something approximating the shape I want to look like on my wedding day so the dress fits. I can't have it altered to any significant extent because of all the lace and beading (so taking it down a size is pretty well out of the question). Therein lies my problem: I *need* to hit my goal of 140lbs (or damn close) in the next month and a half.

Currently I am 152lbs (I think...I had a bad week last week and the start of this week so fingers crossed my next weigh in is okay). I switched my calorie goal to 1.5lbs/week loss and I plan on starting to going to the gym tomorrow (already bought the membership, just have to activate).

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to go about this? Should I change my macro goals? Can you point me in the direction of a relatively self explanatory weight training/cross training workout that would be good for a female who wants definition but not a lot of muscle mass? Do you have recommendations for protein powder (on that note - do I need protein powder?). I plan on trying to fit in some hot yoga/pilates classes each week, and an abs class (good idea/bad idea?)

Thanks so much for the help (and for reading this massive post)!!
