Not for me, for my hubby. He has a super fast metabolism (lucky guy!) and is always hungry. This wasn't a problem when he was working night shift, because he could munch pretty much whatever and whenever he wanted. He just had to switch over to day shift though, and only gets breaks about every 2 hours and he's having a hard time because he gets so hungry especially before his first break. So...I'm looking for ideas of what to make that he can grab on his way out the door in the morning and is super filling.

mm! I love breakfast!
I would do a low carb/cal tortilla with 3 scrambled egg whites, with some avocado, salsa, and turkey sausage. You can pre-make the turkey sausage the night before and throw it in the fridge!
omg that sounds delicious! LOL0 -
Egg whites and Trader joe's turkey bacon sprinkled with cinnamon (delish)0

I make whole grain toast with 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter and half a sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon. keeps me full til lunch (that's if I can't get a snack in)0

I want that now!! nom!
Back to OP, I tend to stick to the same sort of breakfast's so I wont be much help I'm afraid but one thing I always find is that a couple of pieces of fruit after a meal help keep me full till the next mealtime!0 -
These are all great ideas for me, but would leave my hubby starving! It's really amazing how much he eats and he has almost no body fat! So really I'm looking for high carb/protein things that will make it so he's not hungry again 20 minutes later lol.0

If he would like the whole egg, do that instead!
3 scrambled eggs & the turkey sausage alone is 33 grams of protein!!
The avocado will help him feel full because it's so dense! If he needs to he can eat one, but I could imagine anybody needing more than just one!0
