A month ago I wrote this blog post:

Still struggling to come up with a game plan.
I only have 10-15lbs to lose, but I am needing something to get myself motivated to kick things up and notch and get my eating in check. Any ideas would be MUCH appreciated!

"I don't want to always obsess about logging my calories and thinking of food as a numerical value."
I would personally recommend logging faithfully. I never thought I would be an actual calorie counter, either. Do it faithfully, against your will, whatever - just log. It will not be such a painful thing after a short while. Think of it this way: wouldn't you rather obsess over logging your intake than obsess over feeling poorly about your appearance? Log daily; it will supply you with vital information to say the least
Good luck!0
