I'm 18 and for 2 years now I've been on really strong asthma medication that I heard was related to weight gain. My medication is 10mg of singulair mixed with 10mg of zyrtec everyday. The zyrtec I'm not worried about because it's a more public drug. I've recently stopped my medication under admistration of my allergist though I've been loosing weight rapidly, which i don't really mind i haven't had any bad reactions, headaches or anything I acctually feel better than I did before. My doctor can't explain it. I also eat 1300-1500 calories a day and my body burns naturally a little over 1700 (test done by my nutritionist through the hospital). I guess my question is, did anyone else relieze weight loss after stopping perscription medication too?
