Any kind of beans. Also try fiber bars, cookies, cereal, double fiber breads etc. Start slow tho!0

popcorn, some veggies, shredded wheat0

All fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grain bread are good sources of fiber. I exceed the recommended fiber each day without even trying just by eating normal, run of the mill stuff from the the produce section of the grocery store. My food diary is open and I'm tracking my fiber if you want to take a look and see if that gives you any ideas. I don't know if any one thing I'm eating would be considered high in fiber though--just that it really adds up fast!0

Chia Seed, has 41% fiber your body needs a day in just 2 table spoons, no sugar, and high in Omega 3, just to name a couple of good things about it. Also its taste tends to blend in with what ever you put it in.0

Where do you find Chia seed?0

A lot of hgih fiber cereals and bars have psyllium powder in them for the fiber, so if you have any allergies, be careful with those.
Flax seed is a good fiber source to add. I like the milled flax seed in yogurt.
Also, dry roasted edamame (soy beans) pack quite a bit of fiber. Just watch the salt and keep some water. Those things are good but they make me thirsty.
This article may help. Just watch the serving sizes on some of the items they list. http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/foods-high-in-dietary-fiber.php0 -
i ordered my chia online, but you can find it in a lot of health food stores.. i really like it a lot, no extra flavor and it goes great in smoothies and is really easy to just eat once you let it soak in water (it has a very slight watermelon type taste to it, or at least that's what i think of) very healthy for you though! check around for pricing though, some places think the stuff is made of gold, but i got 3 lbs for around $20 (pretty much a lifetime supply :P )0
