I seriously cannot even begin to fathom how to enter today's lunch...
Some of this stuff I have never heard of and I will probably not eat much, and wil not have everything..
Based on names I suspect I will try the salmon, maybe the steam chicken and the sweet and sour fish.. I just really don't know what I will eat TBH...
How do you think I should log it?
TIA

Entrée:
Rainbow Salmon Platter (Yee Sang)

Mains:
Crispy Chicken in Spicy Vinegar Sauce
Steam Chicken with Ginger & Shallots
Black Pepper Fillet Steak
Fried Squid with Salt & Pepper
Peking Spare Ribs
Mixed Chinese Vegetable
Kai Lan (Chinese vegetable) with Beef
Sweet & Sour Fish

Sides:
Steamed Rice

Dessert:
Fruit Platter

I'd skip logging or make a crazy shot-in-the-dark guess. Who knows how each dish was prepared, anyway? One day of inexact logging won't hurt.

I think the database includes a wonderful entry: Chinese buffet plate. I would enter one to two of these (really as a reminder to me when I look back at the day) and just accept that my logging for the day will be a wild estimate.
    Enjoy!
