I just found out about this website this morning and there is some very good and a bit scary information on food or additiives we eat such as aspertame, msg, corn, wheat, tuna, etc.

Everything is put forward in a quick, one page fact sheet format. Very informative.

    Yep - simple is best. I didn't like the raspberry one (love those things) - I really should only buy organic on those though (or any porous fruit for that matter).

    Have you read the "Omnivore's Dilemma"?

    Pollan (who wrote Omnivore's) has a new book out called "In defense of food" which has my favorite diet advice ever.

    "Eat, not too much, mostly plants." I haven't read the whole thing (I'm buried in "have to read for school" right now)

    I've attached my healthier eating to my rebel desire to "stick it to the man". :wink:

    90% of money spent on food is spent on PROCESSED food?
