Hello. I don't have a weight loss problem - I can't gain weight, and I am consistently under my calorie goal. The problem is that foods that contain a lot of calories are generally full of sugars and chemicals and things that I just don't want in my body.

Any ideas of healthy foods that can help weight gain?

Nuts, avocados and full cream milk.

And lift heavy things and put them back down again.

Avocados are calorically dense but full of great nutrients. I really like them sliced up on salad. You could also try adding milled flax seed to yogurts or smoothies. It's also nutritionally and calorically dense.

Get some all natural bacon. Eat it by the pound. Or some natty peanut butter

Up your portions in each meal and add a few more meals in your day. Nuts, avocados, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, nut butters. Small things can be added to oats, smoothies, etc like chia seeds, nut butters, etc to up the calories without adding much bulk to the meal. If you really can't manage to eat more of your calories, then start drinking them as well. You can make your own shakes and add what you like or there are some pretty decent natural fruit/veggie drinks out there. I don't ever have a problem hitting my targets and typically have a hard time just sticking to my bulking calories and not going over that even on clean foods.

I've had to help my mom gain weight, so I'm a pro at this. ;) Some of my tips might seem weird because she for a time didn't want to gain although she was almost emaciated, so I "hid" calories in her foods.

Try and eat small, frequent meals and snacks instead of "3 squares"

Add things into your foods, such as:
stir in powerded milk or potato flakes into food, if you don't add too much you won't taste it, but it will add nutrients.
Put dried fruit and nuts on or in anything where you think it would taste good.
Nut butters are your friend, they add lots of cals in a small amount.
    Add cheese to things

Use whole milk in place of skim.
In baking or where it tastes good, use 1/2 and 1/2 (use your own sense here, if its too rich, you won't eat it!)
In things like oatmeal, where you usually use water, start using milk.

Replace some of your water with fruit juice or milk.
ADD diet shakes to your diet. They are a complete meal and many won't fill you up
Add smoothies too. Blend in bananas and peanutbutter if it sounds good to you.
