EASY Vegetarian Jambalaya
Mainly posting this for a friend so excuse the lack of professionalism here.

INGREDIENTS:
Knorr/Lipton - Cajun Sides, Jambalaya rice, 1 container
Oil - Peanut, 1 tablespoon
Quorn - Naked Chik'n Cutlets, 2 cutlet
Lightlife - Smart Sausages - Italian Style, 2 Sausage
Sliced mushrooms
Green onions / chives
Creole seasoning, or cajun seasoning
Kraft Lite Mayo, 2 tablespoons
1. Brush lite mayo on both sides of Naked Chik'n Cutlets. Coat in Creole seasoning. Cook in oven at 350 for 20 minutes or until coating isn't mushy.
2. Prepare Jambalaya rice according to instructions.
3. Dice prepared Chik'n along with italian sausages
4. Fry Chik'n, sausage, mushrooms and onions in deep pan or wok until crispy. Add rice and fry until it all pulls together.
5. GET HIGH AND ENJOY
**Can be made vegan by using veganese instead of mayo. I promise the mayo/veganese doesn't add to the flavor of the chicken. It's a good base because it makes an otherwise dry chicken substitute taste like the real thing.
**Also since its jambalaya you can obviously add anything to it you desire.
