284 lbs at 5'2. I have a small frame so it was basically like being a prisoner in my own body. Now I am 258 and hopefully I can get myself to 165. My ultimate goal is between 125 and 130 which is still a little much, but i want to keep my body soft and feminine.0

Mine was 181lbs around three years ago. I got to my goal weight and then ate all the wrong foods (again! you'd thought I'd have learned lol). Went back up to 166lbs at beginning of this month, have lost 12lbs and have 18lbs to go to goal.0 -
289lbs in 2006 - the day I delivered my set of twins - I'm 5'6"
260lbs in 2000 - joined weight watchers and lost over 100lbs
195lbs (starting weight with MFP)0 -
401 when I had the twins.0

I'm lucky I guess. Most of the people I told didn't believe me. Large frame I guess. The main profile picture was the day my little girl was born. I was 297 in that picture. Looking back I know how I got there, but as it was building i barely noticed. In 2003 i was 205 at less than 10% body fat (stayed in the gym a couple hours a day after my enlistment ended). Then college, marriage and the 3rd shift took over. That's the most depressing part. i remember being skinny and fit, then I let it go.0
