Calories burned in 30 day shred?

I just did my first day of the 20 day shred. I haven't had the money for a heart rate monitor yet so I am not real sure how to log it on my exercise log. Does anyone have an estimate of how much it burns? I am 5ft 8 in and 228 pounds.

    Log it as circuit training, but I think MFP estimates way too high so just be careful! I wouldn't have a clue what the average is though, it really depends what you put into it :(

    The most popular answer will likely be to log it as circuit training, 20 minutes :flowerforyou:

    Ty! ya I've noticed mfp is a little high so I usually log a little less time than i did. Logged it for circuit training 15 minutes.

    Sounds good! That's what I used to do before I saved my pennies and got my HRM.
