cheap heart rate monitor?

I have been looking for a cheap heart rate monitor but there are so many options i can't decide which one to get. I am hoping to spend under $50. Does anyone have a cheap hrm that they would recommend?

    Polar FT4 from amazon would prob. be your best bet.

    You get what you pay for when it comes to HRM's... go super cheap and you'll get an inaccurate calorie reading and one that breaks all the time.
