I do 20 minutes of the '30 Day Shred' each day (only done it 3 times so far) and i'm aiming on doing 20 minutes of zumba too.

I'll be taking a protein shake each day aswell..
Could you tell me what to improve on please :-)

    I'm no nutrition expert but you diary looks pretty good to me and the 30 Day Shred is great in my opinion! When you don't have a lot to lose, it is good to do it slowly and by the looks of things, you are on the right track! Good luck!

    I'd say you were definitely on the road to success. Just be consistent and give it time.

    I like the food you're eating. You seem to be over calories most days which isn't too bad. I would set your goal at 1500 if you're struggling. It's all mostly healthy stuff.

    I would drink more water but 2 a day is a good start.

    I think this is because pegg's wasn't logging exercise calories before midweek
