Hi, My name is Sara. I am having a hard time with entering in my strength training. Does anyone else find this part hard to use?

You find it pretty easy to find the exercise you did? I lift weights about 3 days a week and I do all sorts of diffrent exercises. It just seems difficult for me to add them in there so I've just been leaving it blank.0

I usually just put in "strength training" under the cardio section and the amount of total time. At least you get something.0

I find it extremely difficult. The strength training options on the site don't match what I do at the gym.0
