Dear All,

I just wanted to tell you that if you have a bad week where you are essentially maintaining your current weight, or even if you put on a couple of lbs, there is nothing to fear!

I went from having a bad 11 days (didn't want to exercise, although was good during the day ate loads at night, had take aways and junk) and thankfully only put on 1lb, to losing nearly 3lbs this week, and the week ain't over!

Sure, it's mostly water, but hell, does it feel great to lose more than half a pound in the week! And it has raised my confidence again! So if you are at a plateau, go nuts for a few days! Don't go too overboard, but spike your calories, and then go back to counting and being good. It will kick your body back into the swing of things.

One thing, though...don't do it every week, ONLY WHEN YOU'VE REACHED A PLATEAU for a few weeks or more.

I am 1lb away from having lost 2 stone (rest of the world, that's 28lbs) in 5 months! If I can lose nearly the same in another 5 months, I will be thrilled!

Good luck!

  • I lost over 12lbs before Christmas and since then I've put it all back on and more!

I'm not sure whats a matter with me but I'm totally binge eating....even biscuits which I didn't really eat before and my eatings got out of control, every day I keep saying I'll start a fresh but then it all goes wrong again!

I tried the high protein but if I don't have carbs it makes me feel ill.....thinking about leaving this for a month until I feel ready for it...
