I think you could stand to eat more, but overall your progress is encouraging! Just remember that the reason you need to eat more isn't just about metabolism-- it's about nutrients! I have lupus and I can tell you that I feel SOOO much better fatigue-wise since I've started eating more and healthier. Also I'm sure the 35 lbs off my joints helps too. I'm not a low-carb believer but I have switched white bread/pasta for whole grain so my carbs are healthier. Good luck!0

Try tracking your progress in ounces or miligrams -- maybe that will make it seem like more, lol!
