It depends on which exercise I'm doing. I have four sets that I switch up with but I mainly use the 10 lb. Some I use 15 lb, 8 lb or 4 lb (side lunges with front raises). I started out using the 4 lbs and worked my way up. I have 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs and Shred it with Weights. I use a 15 lb dumbell with Shred it with Weights.

I am doing the 30 day shred and am using 5 lb weights. Still on level one, the last weight one where she side lunges and lifts the weights straight up to eye level kills me. I use one of the 5 lb weight for that one and hold on to it with both hands. Helps a bit but i still hate that one!

Using 5 lbs except for shoulders...can only manage 3 lbs for shoulders. Ow! Alternating Ripped, Shred and NMTZ.

I started out so incredibly out of shape, I had to use 1 and 3 lbs. When those became comfortable I started using bigger weights. Now I'm using anywhere between 3-10 lbs depending on the particular exercise. About ready to bump up to 12 lbs on certain exercises now too. :-)

Same here, except I don't have 15lbers yet! I use my 10s for some moves, but still have to use the lighter weights for those dang front raises!

Currently doing Ripped In 30, 6 Week Six-Pack, and occasionally throw a Killer Buns & Thighs day in there.

I started out with 3 lbs for my first round of 30 DS and Ripped. Then moved on to 5 lbs by Banish Fat, No More Trouble Zones, and Shred it with Weights, then used 8 lbs with Killer Buns and Shed and Shred. I am now doing my second round of 30 DS with the 8 lbers.

Depends on the exercise. I use 8-10 lbs. for shoulders, 12-15 lbs. for back, chest and biceps/triceps, 20 lbs. for legs (squats and lunges). I don't own heavier dumbbells. I use these same weights for all her DVDs.
