I have been trying numerous weight management options ( I do not like the term diet!) and slowly but surely I have managed to shed 2 stone over two years but I have reached a plateau!! I am maintaining my weight but would love to lose that last stone, however, I want it to fit into my life not feel like a chore because I know I won't stick with it if I don't enjoy it. I am also in college and working so it needs to fit into my schedule and that all important social life!! I enjoy exercising and try to ensure I do some form of aerobics or kettlebell sessions a few times a week (2-3).
I discovered MFP as an app and think that it is such a good idea, still allowing you to have what you want but being able to make healthy decisions.
If anyone has any hints or tips for shedding those last stubborn pounds I would really appreciate it!
