So I am really new here, and I must say I'm really happy with this site...
I'm a 24 (almost 25) yo unemployed woman, fresh out of university... That being said, and due to the fact that my daily activity decreased enormously, I've put on some weight and more important my body fat % has increased... I've always followed a mediterranean diet, but I have a really sweet tooth that I'm trying to keep under control XD My main objective is not as much about loosing weight but more about gaining some lean mass, and keep track of my daily caloric intake and macros.
So that's it, hi everyone and feel free to add (although i must say i'm not a very active person on my updates)
P.S.- Sorry about my english, it's not my first language and i'm a little rusty...
