Vibration plates: Your thoughts & how to put into MFP?

My friend has recently lost a lot of weight, and looks fab, so naturally I asked her how. She admitted that she stuck to her calories strictly, did a few long walks during the week combined with an exercise once or twice with the addition of using "vibrotrim" or vibration plates (don't know the proper name)

I have just spent 10 minutes on one of these machines and have really felt the burn. Just wondering how I would enter this into MFP? thanks :) xxx

I wouldn't personally put it in as anything, because I didn't DO anything. I know you felt something, but I wouldn't personally count this as cardio, at all. JMO

I would not include, since you only stand on the machine and it does all the work but we may feel our muscles tighten over time its really hard to judge.

I have one and do it approx 5-10 minutes a day and don't count it in my exercise at all.
